1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using AFRICA 2 GO, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
AFRICA 2 GO provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent third-party drivers for transportation services. We are not a transportation carrier; drivers are independent contractors, not employees of AFRICA 2 GO.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AFRICA 2 GO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Rider Responsibilities
Riders agree to provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, treat drivers respectfully, and pay the agreed fare through an accepted payment method. Repeated cancellations or misconduct may result in account suspension.
5. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must hold a valid licence, maintain a roadworthy and insured vehicle, and comply with all applicable traffic and licensing laws. Drivers are solely responsible for their own tax and regulatory obligations as independent contractors.
6. Fares, Payments & Cancellations
Fares are shown upfront or agreed through in-app negotiation before a trip begins and are payable via cash, wallet, or supported payment methods. Cancellation fees may apply if a rider or driver cancels after a match is confirmed, as shown in the app.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use AFRICA 2 GO for unlawful purposes, harass other users, circumvent safety features, or attempt to access the platform through unauthorized means. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AFRICA 2 GO is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent drivers or riders, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, safety concerns, or fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time through the app or by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AFRICA 2 GO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
